Witnesses say he was pummeling the 19-year-old woman when a man stepped up to intervene. He asked Williams what he was doing and told him to stop.
Williams told the guy to mind his own business.
But the guy, in accordance with Man Law, wasn't about to allow a woman to be beaten on the street. Nor was he about to take shit from a serial wife beater.
So he whipped out a gun and fired, drilling Williams just above the eye.
The degenerate was rushed to the hospital. But God thinks wife beaters are pussies, so He let him die.
The vigilante fled on foot, and police are still looking for him. But probably not too hard.
