Drinking in Cars not so 'legal' in INDIANA



Class C Infraction for drinking in a moving car: In Indiana a infraction is a minor offence, such as a traffic violation. It is not considered a crime, but a civil violation. The penalties are a fine of up to $500 and court costs.

Ya, bummer. I just saw that the law was repealed a few years back. Previously, there was no disciplinary action.
