Motorbikes have way less legal mandates than cars, so I could see it being road legal. Depends a lot more on the state. It would be nice to see some pictures of it on the road... er grid.
there's a video of it cruising about on the screets on the page of that link. I also posted a video of, I think this same bike, when it was being built many moons ago.
